Do you have a specific item in stock? – If the product is within the website, the product is in stock. If unsure, use this form to contact us.
How do I find out the status of my order? – You will need to create / log into your account. Within the account page you can find your order status.
When will my dispatched order arrive? – Typically within 1-3 working days from dispatch within Australia with Express Australia Post. Please check your tracking number for more up to date details from the delivery company.
Why have I not received a reply email from you? – We receive many emails from all our supporters daily, and are trying to get through them as fast as possible. We are currently quite a small team but hope to expand as we grow. Bear with us. 🙂
