Welcome to Paragon Performance. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Australian orders are subject to 10% GST. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
Direct bank transfer – will require processing before clearing and products being disbursed. Please allow more time for this as this is dependent on the time of day in which the transfer is made and determined by the banks.
PayPal – you can make payments quickly, easily and more securely. Your bank, credit card and personal details are never shared. PayPal helps prevent fraud and offers protection against unauthorised transactions.
SHIPPING
FOR DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Free standard delivery Australia wide on orders over $100.00 AUD. For delivery of orders under $100.00 within Australia, a charge of $8.95 AUD will apply for standard delivery, and $11.95 for express. All items are sent within Australia via a tracking service provided by Australia Post. Typically orders made before 2pm AWST are taken to Australia Post that day, but can take up to 5 days to process.Depending on your location, delivery time ranges from 1-3 days up to 7 days in some regional areas after the order has been processed. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email. Goods may require a signature on delivery.

FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays for all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of the current pandemic. Please visit the Australia Post website for the latest information on international delivery delays and service updates.
We ship to a selection of countries globally. A flat rate of $35.00 AUD applies to all orders outside of Australia. Delivery is via Australia Post’s Standard International service – taking (approximately) 6+ working days. This service offers a tracking number so you can track your order online. Goods may require a signature on delivery. Custom charges may be applicable from time to time, as dictated by the governing bodies of that country. Custom charges, duties and taxes are not covered in our shipping fees and, if incurred, are payable by the customer.

All orders will be shipped from our premises within 2 working days of placing and/or receiving payment for the order. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, they will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Before your order is dispatched, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be delayed. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
As we endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible, the cancellation of an order can only be accepted if we receive written notice of your intention before the item/s have been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE
This returns policy is only for online purchases made through this online store. Please note that we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind for online purchases made through this online store. Before your purchase is shipped, we personally inspect your item/s to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. Products that have been worn, damaged, mistreated or modified by the purchaser is not considered a manufacturing fault and most definitely not the responsibility of Paragon Performance. We will replace any items that may have what we consider to be a manufacturing fault. Returns will only be considered for replacement within a period deemed reasonable by us.
Due to health regulations, there is no return or exchange on underwear. In the unforeseen circumstances that goods should arrive faulty or are incorrect the following procedure should be followed: Contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your item/s. You must notify us by email to obtain a return authority number. Returns without prior notification and return authority number will not be accepted. If a replacement or credit is justified, item/s are required to be sent directly back to us and you will then be issued with a replacement item, credit note or refund. Item/s must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The returned item is your responsibility until it is in our receipt. We recommend that returned item/s be shipped using ‘sign for’ delivery.
